Requirements

To Book a Course

Check the availability of the course on the appropriate course page.
The Essential Certificate in Practical Cookery, evening classes and short courses may be applied for using the online booking process with your credit or debit card. Please call the school if you have an American Express card.

Payment

All courses one week in length or shorter must be paid for in full. All major credit cards are accepted but a 1.5% administration fee applies to all amounts over £750.00. If a payment over £750.00 is split into smaller amounts, the administration fee will still apply to the entire amount. Cheques must be in pounds sterling drawn on a British bank.

Should I make a late booking online?

If you want to book within 2 days of a course starting, please book online as usual and also call us on 020 8749 6400 to confirm.

What if I can’t make the course at the last minute?

Please give us a ring – someone on the waiting list may be glad to take the place.

Fees

The basic fees including VAT (Value Added Tax) are shown on the course pages. There are accompanying books, knives, uniform and other items which must be acquired. Full terms and conditions.

Health

All students should be immunised for tetanus. Please let the School know in advance if you have any relevant medical conditions such as dyslexia, allergies, diabetes, epilepsy, eating disorders, poor vision or partial hearing.
